Our Vision
Spotlight legal issues in Africa’s health for human rights research & innovation.
Africa Health Law is an independent, pan-African policy research, training, and consulting think tank advancing health law through a human right–based approach.
Its VISION is to spotlight legal issues in Africa’s health from a human rights perspective emplpying a unique approach that involves TRAM Campaigns— Training, Research, Advocacy, Mentorship— for research and innovation.
The TRAM Campaigns— Training, Research, Advocacy, and Mentorship—of Africa Health Law builds legal capacity, supports public interest and strategic litigation, and produces evidence to inform policy and legal reform. Its work positions Africa not merely as a recipient of global health governance, but as a driver of health law jurisprudence, legal innovation, and accountability.
Our MISION is to nurture the next generation of leaders capable of shaping equitable, accountable, and rights-based health systems at the intersection of law, policy, governance, and human rights.
We invite scholars, activists, lawyers, health practitioners, academics, researchers, students, graduates, think-tanks etc; to contribute to our vision.
